Count the ways to use your 鹦鹉螺卡

Students must be currently registered for classes at the 火博体育 in order to receive or use a 鹦鹉螺卡. 鹦鹉螺卡s may only be used by the card owner. 卡s presented by someone other than the owner will be held and turned in to the 鹦鹉螺卡 Office.

Examples of how students use their 鹦鹉螺卡 include: 

访问 -用官方的I.D. 卡, students can use the resources in the Library, attend special guest lectures, 体育游戏, cultural events such as musical theatre or symphonic band concerts, 使用HLS设施, 水上中心, enter high tech labs and residence halls. The 鹦鹉螺卡 also provides access to student activities such as movies, 摇滚音乐会, 喜剧演员, 等. Other miscellaneous benefits include access to the Local Area Network, and two ECAT bus passes per day, 如果需要上课.

鹦鹉螺卡 Declining Balance Account – Deposit money into this account and use your card to make purchases at any location on campus connected to the 鹦鹉螺卡 system such as 餐饮服务 locations, 书店, 邮政服务, 复印机, 印刷亭, vending machines and residence hall laundry machines. 参观 "“如何添加资金”网页.

帐户余额 – Your balance will be shown on the card reader each time you use your card to make a purchase. Your account information is also available online via MyUWF. Search for "鹦鹉螺卡 Balance and Swipe History". This will allow you to view your card balances (both general and 餐厅美元), card swipe history (both financial and access) and meal plan information.

First-Time-In-College Mandatory 餐计划 – All FTIC students living in University housing are required to participate in the mandatory meal plan their first two semesters on campus (summer residence not included). There are 4 meal plans available for mandatory participants - the 12, 15, or one of two Unlimited meal plan options. Meal plan selections are made when students sign up for their first semester of housing. 第二学期, the plan will default to the plan selected at the beginning of the first semester. Students are allowed to switch their choice within the first two weeks of a semester by contacting the 鹦鹉螺卡 Office. 参观 餐计划 web page on the 餐饮服务 website for more details on meal plans.

Voluntary 餐计划 or Block Plans – Non-FTIC resident or commuter students may purchase a meal plan or block plan of their choice. 参观 餐计划 web page on the 餐饮服务 website for details.

餐厅美元 - 餐厅美元 come with Meal and Block Plans and are only good for one semester. 餐厅美元 may only be used in Dining Service locations.餐厅美元 roll fall to spring to summer and end at the end of summer semester. If you need additional 餐厅美元, you may add funds to your 鹦鹉螺卡 Declining Balance account. These funds will roll over from term to term as long as you are a UWF student and may be used in 餐饮服务 locations as well as other locations on campus that accept the 鹦鹉螺卡. 参观 "“如何添加资金”网页.
